Ronnie was a highly intelligent and interesting person whose life was filled with many twists and turns but she was able to deal with adversity in a positive way. She was educated, very nearly achieving an MD degree, but abandoned her studies for marriage.  
 
She was an excellent gardener, her backyard abounding in flowers, and a good cook. Her hobbies included knitting and jewelry making.  
 
Ronnie’s parents were founding members of Congregation Beth Israel and she attended its Hebrew School. She was always active in fundraising efforts for the congregation and served on the Board of Trustees.  
 
Ronnie suffered from a panoply of illnesses but would not allow pain to subdue her determination to get things done.
 
She was devoted to her granddaughter Ryan and to her three dogs.  
 
She will be remembered for her vital spirit and her kindness to others.
